This notice explains what Slynnpack LLC does with information collected through slynnpack.com. It covers the website only. Data handled under a signed data licence with a veterinary practice is governed by that licence, not by this notice.

What we collect

What you send us. If you complete the enquiry form we receive your name, email address, the organisation and role you give, any indication of archive size, and your message.
Server logs. Our server records the requested address, timestamp, response status and a truncated network address, for security and diagnostics.
No advertising or cross-site tracking. We set no advertising cookies, run no third-party trackers, and do not sell or share personal information for advertising.

What we ask you not to send

Please do not send radiographs, clinical records, client names or any identifiable information about a horse or its owner through this website. It is not a secure channel. If you send such material anyway, we will delete it and tell you that we have.

Why we hold it, and for how long

We use enquiry details only to reply to you and to maintain a record of the conversation. We keep enquiries while a discussion is active and for a reasonable period afterwards, then delete them. Server logs are kept briefly for security purposes.

Who else sees it

Our hosting provider processes data on our behalf in order to run the site, and an email delivery provider may process an enquiry in order to deliver it to us. We do not otherwise disclose enquiries, except where we are legally required to.

Your choices

Write to hello@slynnpack.com to ask what we hold about you, to correct it, or to have it deleted. We will act on a reasonable request without charge. Depending on where you live you may have additional statutory rights, and we will honour them.

Children

This site is aimed at veterinary and commercial professionals. It is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes
